It dosnt work

So I heard that this app is good so when I installed it I opened it and the whole screen stayed black me thinking that it was a one think glitch I kept on opening so it kept on going so. The screen stayed black. I mean I paid $5 for an app that dosnt work so I mean it is very unfair.
